Do more with your models

3Dconnexion and SketchUp is a match made in heaven. SketchUp allows professional and personal users to create sophisticated 3D models. You can model almost anything – buildings, appliances, cars, landscape, and even people. Using a 3D mouse engages both hands in a balanced and cooperative work style. One hand engages the 3D mouse to position the model or navigate the environment while your other hand simultaneously uses the traditional mouse to select, create or edit.

It’s a two handed work style where you click a lot less and accomplish a lot more.

Using SketchUp models in Google Earth

People everywhere are helping to create rich 3D environments within Google Earth. You can select a site in Google Earth, design a 3D building and preview it in Google Earth in just minutes. Yet, if you wish, you can also contribute one of you models to the 3D Warehouse where you can search, share and download 3D models that can be used in Google Earth.

Walk This Way

A 3Dconnexion 3D mouse makes walking through your model as smooth as watching a movie or playing a video game. Select camera mode to visualize your architecture - moving yourself around and through your design with ease.

3DxSketchUp Toolbar

Convenient buttons allow you to switch between camera and object mode quickly; quickly set and change the center of rotation; to simplify navigation to quickly disable rolling; and access the instructions on how to get the most from your 3D mouse.

Fast Zoom (Zoom to Cursor)

You can take advantage of the 3Dconnexion Fast Zoom or Zoom to Cursor option simply by holding the middle mouse button and moving your 3Dconnexion 3D mouse cap back and forth.
